Whistle Blowing System

The Whistle Blowing System (WBS) is a system that manages reports/disclosures regarding unlawful behavior, unethical or improper actions in a confidential, anonymous, and independent manner. It is used to optimize the participation of individuals at PT.Mitra Solusi Infokom and business partners in exposing violations that occur within the PT Mitra Solusi Infokom environment.

The scope of reports/disclosures that can be made through the WBS includes:

1. Corruption

2. Bribery

3. Conflict of Interest

4. Theft

5. Fraud

6. Violation of Company Laws and Regulations

Reporters can submit reports/disclosures through the following means:

To expedite and facilitate the follow-up process of reports/disclosures, reporters are expected to:

1. Provide information such as their name, employee number (reporters are not obligated to provide their name and/or employee number), their relationship with the alleged wrongdoer, and contact telephone number or email.

2. Provide initial, substantiated indications, including:

   1. The issue being reported

   2. The involved parties

   3. The location of the incident

   4. The time of the incident

   5. How it occurred and whether there is any supporting evidence

   6. The estimated financial loss incurred by the company (if ascertainable)

   7. Whether the case is ongoing when reported

   8. Whether the case has been reported to other individuals or parties

Confidentiality & Protection:

1. The identity of the reporter is guaranteed to remain confidential and protected by the company.

2. Individuals assisting in providing information related to reports/disclosures are also kept confidential and protected by the company.

3. Business partners of PT Mitra Solusi Infokom found to engage in threats, intimidation, punishment, or unpleasant actions against reporters, employees conducting clarification/investigation, or individuals providing information related to reports/disclosures will face severe sanctions in accordance with the company's applicable regulations.

Sanctions and Rewards:

1. Alleged wrongdoers found guilty will be subject to sanctions in accordance with the regulations of PT Mitra Solusi Infokom.

2. Reporters will receive rewards in line with the company's policy if, based on the WBS Team's audit findings, their report is proven to be accurate.

3. Reporters who are involved in the reported issue but cooperate and assist the investigation process by providing data, information, documents, and other relevant evidence pertaining to the reported issue may be considered for leniency in terms of punishment/sanctions.
